SSS London

Super Snake started as a meme account on Instagram. Through Coolulu, I helped turn the persona into SSS London, a fashion label with real luxury ambitions, and designed and built its webshop.

The big moment was a cap built to be the most expensive in the world. It was made with E11EVEN Miami for the Bitcoin 2021 conference and priced at exactly 1 Bitcoin.

I worked closely with some of Italy's finest makers. Tremolada, the hatters behind pieces for Gucci and Fendi, built it from Loro Piana vicuña cashmere and silk. The clasp is Hermès leather with 18k gold, and Roberto Perotti's atelier set 7.7 carats of white diamonds plus brown diamonds, sapphires and rubies.

It sold for $50,000 in Bitcoin before it even reached the auction. Not bad for a meme.
