Privacy

Short version: this site does not track you. No analytics, no ads, no marketing cookies. The only personal data I collect is what you send me when you ask for access to the healthcare work.

Healthcare access requests

When you request access to the healthcare and pharma work, I receive your role, your reason for visiting, your business email address and your message, if you write one. I use it to give you access, to know who sees work that is shared in confidence, and to reply if you are interested in working together. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in protecting client work and answering enquiries (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)).

The answers are stored with my hosting provider Netlify (Forms) and sent to my Gmail inbox. I delete them after 12 months, or sooner if you ask. I never sell or share them.

Cookies

After a request, two cookies (hc_access and hc_ok) remember for 30 days that you have access. They are strictly necessary for that feature, so no consent banner is needed. No other cookies are set by this site.

Videos, fonts and links

Fonts are served from this site, not from Google. Videos from YouTube and Adobe only load when you press play; from then on, their privacy terms apply. Links to other sites, like LinkedIn, follow those sites’ terms.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Netlify, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver pages and keep the site secure. Netlify and Google are US companies; transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how I use it. Just email me. If you think I handle your data wrongly, you can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).
